Meet Kathy Hollingsworth, Your Wellness Guide!

A few years ago, life as I knew it was turned upside down. In an instant, everything changed and I was left feeling overwhelmed, depressed, stressed out and anxiety-ridden. My hair was falling out, I was losing weight at an alarming rate, and I was disconnected from myself and everyone around me. This was, what I now affectionately call my BFGE (Big Freakin’ Growth Experience). My life had become very uncomfortable and I knew it was time to make changes.

Together, with my family, I decided it was time to leave my career as an adoption coordinator and return to school. What an awakening that was! I had always been interested in nutrition but this is where I became fascinated with the actual psychology of eating and nutrition and began studies with the Health Coach Institute and Holistic MBA. Not only did I receive a great education, I also had the opportunity to experience major personal growth.

Today, I feel better than I ever have. I have an abundance of energy and understand which foods work well with my unique body type. I have more confidence and I am living more authentically. My relationship with myself, my husband and children has dramatically improved. I am living on purpose in every way and every day!

I am passionate about helping people reduce stress and anxiety, tune into their innate wisdom and reclaim their vitality and health. I am convinced that most, if not all, degenerative diseases can be controlled or even reversed through lifestyle changes. Every person deserves to live the life of their dreams.
